He's quick-witted, irreverent, self-deprecating, worldly-wise and SMART as anyone that I've ever met. Even when he's acting the Complete Buffoon, he's still got that twinkle in his eye that says "this is gonna be SOOOOO stupid that it's Hilarious." Jimmy Fallon will, One Day, become a terrific talk-show host. He's still searching for his style, they're still searching for the style of the show. He has good moments, but they're too few and far between just yet. Give him time. I'll bet he's gonna surprise us all.
