What’s the best way to get to New York from Atlantic City using Subways?

Question by Kevin: What’s the best way to get to New York from Atlantic City using Subways?
I was wanting to know the best way to Midtown NY. We was planning on getting tickets to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The shows recorded at Rockefeller Plaza. We will be staying in Atlantic City, NJ. I had thought about hopping on a subway once I get to New York to avoid the congestion & possible wrecking. Does anyone know who I could ask, or do you know the best way to get there safely?

you will have to take a bus to get from atlantic city to ny. if you using NJ transit, the bus route is 319 zone 31. This bus will leave you in Port Authority on 42nd street and 8th avenue.

you can catch the 7 train at 42nd street/times square (on 7th avenue) to 5th avenue, and transfer to the F train and get off on 47th-50th streets/rockefeller center
