I saw the video clip with zack so I know how zack and jesse agreed to the reunion, however when did everyone else agree. I saw that lisa, slater, and mr belding agreed. Did they come on the show? was it done on another show? is there a link to watch? How/when did these people agree?

No. None of the cast is interested in doing a reunion. It will take a lot more money for it to happen.
