He covers the mother’s day song with an Usher song, flag day with a buddy holly song. He spans back to the fifties doing parodies. The arbor day song might be by the cure but i’m not sure.

From what I can remember it is indeed a “cover” of The Cure’s “Boy’s Don’t Cry”.
