He kept his mouth shut, went along with everything, and gave Conan a wonderful tribute on his Friday show. Even if you don't think he's funny, you should respect that he's a classy guy who doesn't deserve to be ridiculed personally just because some people don't find him funny. It's evident by the number of people who follow him on Twitter that he's a popular fellow, and by the fact that he has his own "Best of" DVD w/ SNL. Conan started off far worse than Fallon did; Fallon's ratings and viewership are much higher than when Conan hosted it at this point in his run.
